Kuroshitsuji X Cain Hakushaku: Little Ladies

This is Lizzie from Kuroshitsuji chatting up with Merryweather from Cain Hakushaku.

I think these two characters would really be hitting it off if they meet up. They both have similarities:

1. They both are some sort of a 'morality pets' of the main characters, both with dark and depressing pasts.
2. They both tried to protect the main characters' pride and sanity by pretending to be an unknowing little angels.

Weirdly, even though I adore Ciel and Sebastian's relationship, I've always love Lizzie from the first episode. Poor girl always got hated by every fujoushi I know. But I think she's the light of the show that would bring Ciel's warmth once in a while. Then when I saw the chapter where she bravely fight off the zombies, showing her constant inner turmoils, but then setting her goal on protecting Ciel, my jaws dropped. As if I need another reason to love her more!

And about Merryweather, she's kinda an opposite of Elizabeth. Though she can't protect his brother physically, she said, "I would do anything to protect him [Cain] from the outside world..." "...When I realized that no matter what happen outside, I made sure to wear soft clothes and keep a smile on my face. So that when older brother comes home he can feel safe". This scene seriously warmed my heart to the very core. I adore her so much!

They're very similar, looking at their parts in the series, but very different as well. While Lizzie is the perfect cutie girly girl on the outside but a strong warrior inside, Merry is a strong headed tomboy who grew up at the street. If she doesn't like something she'll tell it to you, even if you're the big bad of the series.

Anywho, sorry about my little rant.

I'm planning to draw a series of drawing with the Kuroshitsuji x Count Cain crossovers. Of course I'll be drawing Riff with Sebastian, and Cain with Ciel. I'm also thinking of trying to draw Sohma with Oscar? Do anybody who is familiar with both series have any say on this?
